I used JL Patterson to totally replace my two furnaces and two AC/condenser units with Lennox systems. They did a great job of educating me on the front end. The installation team was professional and knowledgeable. And the sales rep/mgr has been back by my house multiple times AFTER the installation to address any questions and concerns in a timely manner and to make sure that I am satisfied and that everything works as advertised. I HIGHLY recommend them based upon my experience.

One of our heating and air units stopped working this past weekend. I made a call Monday morning for Patterson to come out and fix it. Darren was here before 11am. He advised me of what the problem was, went to pick up a new fan motor and had our unit repaired by 2pm. He kept me advised on the status of the repair and on the cost. He was very courteous we had very prompt service. This is why we’ve been doing business with Patterson Heating and Air here at The Palmer Building for over 10 years!

Darren was extremely helpful, explaining what I needed in a way I could understand. He also showed concern for my safety with the furnace by making sure that I got the correct part ordered and installed. Easy to talk to and good at his work.
